LOCAL PICKUP & SHIPPING POLICY

LOCAL PICKUP 

Local pickup is available most days from our workshop. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Moose and Jewel will schedule a pickup time convenient to our customers. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup please provide that infomation when scheduling. 

SHIPPING

Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. USPS will deliver your order usually in 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. All of our products are customized, orders confirmed for production usually ship out in 2-4 days. You will receive notification once your order has shipped. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We DO NOT accept returns on custom items. However, in the unlikelyhood there's a missprint, damage, or incorrect item delivered we have a 30-day return policy. Contact  mooseandjewel@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Moose and Jewel will provide customers with a store credit or correct the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
